• Nerdle: Find a hidden calculation in six guesses. A number-focused alternative that rewards arithmetic, not a random roll.
• Numberle: Guess a hidden equation in six tries using numbers and arithmetic signs. It is an equation puzzle, not an EP or badge game.
• Rankdle: Guess ranks from game clips or join creator-hosted guessing events. The similar name does not mean the same game or shared accounts.
• Fridgle: Make poems from the day’s shared set of word tiles. RNGdle’s changelog credits its UX; this is a creative writing toy, not a number roll.
• Worldle: Guess a country or territory from its silhouette with distance and direction clues. A daily geography puzzle rather than a luck game.

What I checked myself

I read the Boing Boing headline from 14 September 2026, “Wordle clones have finally reached their apex with RNGdle”, and the visible subline about grading a random six-digit number once a day. The article body is behind a paywall, so I am not summarizing paragraphs I could not read. I also opened alldle.net’s “games like RNGdle” list in the research pass. The entries were word games. That list answers a different intent than “I want another one-roll number”.
